By 'Outdoor Life Coaching' we mean gaining new personal insights while the environment contributes to this progression. Whether you are walking through the woods or sitting and staring into a campfire, the activity will stimulate a state of mindfulness and reflection. During our outdoor coaching we can address various themes, individually or in teams. Think for example about making a difficult choice, choosing a new path, teambuilding or a conflict.
